For the person who gets the call, it is the first salary sent home, the respect of being employed, and a future they can plan. We built OHO Jobs because this moment is too important to be left to chance, or to middlemen.

Who we are

OHO Jobs is a frontline hiring company based in Noida. We help employers hire people for the jobs that keep India running, and we help job seekers across small towns and cities find genuine work with genuine employers.

Our founding team comes from the towns we hire from. For us, the frontline job market isn't a data point. It is where our families, friends and neighbours earn their living. We have seen what goes wrong: candidates asked to pay for jobs, fake offers, and people who are placed and then forgotten. OHO Jobs exists to fix that.

What we hire for

• Telecalling & customer support: voice process, inbound and outbound calling, customer service
• Field sales & logistics: field sales executives, merchant onboarding, warehouse and supply-chain roles
• Retail & hospitality: store staff, front office, service roles
• Plant & manufacturing: operators, helpers, technicians and shop-floor roles

How we work

1. We understand the role. We agree the requirement with the employer: location, salary, shift, and what a good hire looks like.
2. We reach candidates where they are. We connect with job seekers by phone and WhatsApp, in the language they are comfortable in.
3. We screen, not forward. Every candidate is spoken to and checked before an employer sees their profile.
4. We prepare candidates. Interview details, documents to carry, and what to expect on the first day.
5. We track the joining. We confirm that the candidate actually joins.
6. We stay with them. We follow up after joining so that people settle in and stay.

Our promises

To job seekers: OHO Jobs is completely free for candidates. We will never ask you for money, never keep your original documents, and never ask for your OTP. Every job we share is with a real employer.

To employers: You pay only when a candidate we place actually joins. Fees are agreed in advance, in writing.
