These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website ohojobs.in and the hiring services provided by OHO Jobs ("OHO Jobs", "we", "us", "our") by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or in person (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

4.1 About our Services

OHO Jobs is a hiring service. We connect job seekers with employers for frontline roles, screen candidates, share suitable profiles with employers, and support candidates through interviews, joining and the period after joining.

OHO Jobs is not the employer of candidates placed through our Services unless specifically stated in writing. The employment relationship, including salary, working conditions and termination, is between the candidate and the employer.

4.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services as a job seeker. Employers must be lawfully registered businesses in India, or authorised representatives of one.

4.3 Terms for job seekers

No fees, ever. OHO Jobs does not charge candidates any fee for registration, interviews, training, placement or joining. If anyone asks you for money in the name of OHO Jobs, do not pay. Report it to [email protected].

Your information. You agree to give accurate and complete information about yourself, your education and your experience. Sharing false information or documents may lead to your profile being removed and your application being withdrawn.

Consent to contact. By sharing your details with us, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS and WhatsApp about jobs and your applications. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP".

Sharing with employers. You agree that we may share your profile with employers for jobs you are interested in or suitable for.

No guarantee of a job. We work hard to find you the right job, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee an interview, selection, a particular salary or continued employment.

Conduct. You agree to behave respectfully with our team and with employers, attend interviews you have confirmed or inform us in advance if you cannot, and not misuse our Services.

4.4 Terms for employers

Genuine requirements. Employers agree to share only genuine, lawful job openings with accurate details of role, salary, location and working conditions, and to comply with all applicable labour and employment laws.

No charges to candidates. Employers must not ask candidates sourced through OHO Jobs for any payment, deposit or original documents as a condition of a job.

Commercial terms. Fees, payment terms, replacement terms and other commercial conditions are set out in a separate written agreement or order with each employer. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

Use of candidate data. Candidate information shared with an employer may be used only to evaluate and hire for the specific role it was shared for. It must be kept confidential, protected, and not shared with any third party or used for any other purpose.

Non-circumvention. Candidates introduced by OHO Jobs and hired by the employer, directly or indirectly, within the period stated in the employer agreement will be treated as placements through OHO Jobs.

4.5 Communications

We communicate through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping, as explained in our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp messages are sent using the WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to WhatsApp's terms.

4.6 Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your identity
• Post or share fake jobs or ask candidates for money
• Send spam or abusive, obscene or threatening content
• Attempt to access our systems or data without authorisation, or disrupt the Services

We may suspend or stop providing the Services to anyone who breaches these Terms.

4.7 Intellectual property

The OHO Jobs name, logo, website content and design are owned by OHO Jobs and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

4.8 Limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, OHO Jobs is not liable for:

• Hiring decisions, conduct, salary, working conditions or actions of employers or candidates
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Services
• Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network, telecom or platform outages

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

4.9 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OHO Jobs against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

4.10 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

4.11 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by writing to [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction.
